Our Shipping Promise to You

We craft each pair of earrings by hand in our Austin, TX studio. Please allow us 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) to create your unique pieces before shipping.

Note: All Shipping times vary depending on delivery location, chosen shipping method, weather, and holidays.

For US Based Customers:

We currently partner with USPS to offer three shipping options within the US:

• USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
• Priority Mail Express (1-2 days)

A friendly tip: depending on your location relative to our Austin home, Ground Advantage might actually reach you faster than Priority Mail (and save you some money too!).

Please remember that our Priority shipping options speed up the delivery once your package leaves our studio, but we'll still need that initial processing time to handcraft your items and prepare them for shipping.

For Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK Based Customers:

We currently partner with UPS to offer two shipping options

• UPS Standard
• UPS Worldwide Expedited

Note: UPS standard may not be available at checkout for all addresses
