Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

- Funds will be reflected in your account based on your financial institution's normal processing times
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please keep the complimentary studs that came with your earring jackets if you return your purchase. For hygiene reasons, we don't reuse these once they've left our studio.
Exchanges
- Exchanges available within 30 days of delivery
- Gifts may be exchanged for another product or store credit only

How to Return or Exchange

- Log in to your account

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and leave us a note
- Click "Request return".
Once your request is approved you'll receive an email with further instructions, including a pre-paid return shipping label.
Note: For international orders, any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or VAT paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, as these charges are collected by government agencies and are not recoverable by us.
