An earring jacket is a decorative piece that transforms any stud earrings into statement pieces! Think of them as an accessory for your studs. The earring jacket slides onto any stud earring post, rests behind or in front of your earlobe and is secured by the backing. For a more in depth explanation of what we make, please check here. 

Our earring jackets are made with high-quality aluminum that is hypoallergenic and nickel-free! Aluminum won't tarnish, rust or irritate your ears, and they are extremely lightweight.

We do not currently make our hypoallergenic studs in house therefore we cannot fully guarantee their material. If you have particular sensitive ears or an extreme allergy we highly recommend pairing our earring jackets with studs you know and trust!

No! Our earring jackets work with any stud earrings you already own or may purchase in the future. 

Yes! That being said, we do not currently have any flat back studs in our collection as we’ve personally found them more difficult to get on and off. All complimentary studs included with orders are push-back style stud earrings. 

Our earring jackets are practically weightless! The heaviest of our collection weighs in at 4 grams, less than the weight of a quarter! 

Every piece is handmade in our backyard studio in Austin, Texas. Each design is original, unique and created personally by our founder Liz Fox Roseberry.

While our earring jackets aren’t particularly designed for gauged ears we’ve had several customers find creative ways to make them work! Check out this video Liz made showing a creative solution. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Please keep the complimentary studs that came with your earring jackets if you return your purchase. For hygiene reasons, we don't reuse these once they've left our studio.

We sell all of our earring jackets as pairs, as well as singles. Buy a pair if you like matching, or just one earring if you prefer to mix & match! At checkout be sure to select the option that best fits what you’re looking for. 

Ordering options and what you’ll get:

  • A pair includes two handmade earring jackets and a pair of complimentary hypoallergenic studs.

  • Just one earring includes one handmade earring jacket and a pair of complementary hypoallergenic studs.

Every piece, whether a single or a pair, comes with a free pair of surprise hypoallergenic studs that we carefully select to complement your purchase perfectly!

While you can't pick specific studs due to our constantly rotating collection, we always welcome style requests and notes such as, "I love sparkles and pink" or "please avoid pearls and include fun shapes". We'll always do our best to accommodate your preferences!

All of our items are handmade to order, meaning we do not have a back stock of pre-made inventory to pull from. Processing times include the time it takes to make your pieces along with preparing them for shipping. 

Once your order is placed it typically takes 1-2 weeks to be handmade, prepared for shipping and get out the door. Please reference our current processing time banner at the top of the page. In general you can expect your order approximately 3 weeks from the date placed. 

Shipping delivery times will vary depending on location, but in general take around 3-5 business days. Please note we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date due to possible unforeseen delays with couriers.

Yes, expedited shipping is available at checkout, but please note that the expedition only applies to the shipping time itself and not the current processing time required to make and prepare your items for shipping. 

Yes! You will receive a notification email with corresponding tracking information once your order has been shipped. If there are any issues with said tracking please reach out to us directly and we will assist further. 

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia and the UK from our website

Other select international locations available via Etsy. To see if we ship to your area, please visit our Etsy Shop.

 

Something we see often is the courier scanning the item as ‘delivered’ early in error. If this is the case, we are hopeful your parcel will arrive in the next 2-3 days. If it doesn't arrive in this timeframe, please reach out to us at orders@lizfoxroseberry.com with your order number and we’ll gladly investigate further!

If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address please message us with the correct address and we will update the information accordingly.

If your order has already been shipped we unfortunately are unable to update the address. If you do not have luck with USPS package intercept, please reach out to us at orders@lizfoxroseberry.com to resolve the issue.

No, we do not have a public storefront or pickup location currently.

If delivery of your order is refused and returned to us, you will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges are unfortunately non-refundable. This amount will be subtracted from your original order total.

Delivery Estimates:

Please check with your local courier for the most accurate delivery timeline once your parcel arrives in your country, as timing can vary by region and local processing.

Shipping times vs Processing times:

Estimated shipping times do not include our current processing time which is viewable in the top banner of our Homepage. Processing time is  required to handcraft and prepare your items for shipment. Shipping estimates begin once your order has been completed and handed over to the courier, and reflect transit time only.

Customs Delays:

International shipments may experience delays during customs processing. These delays are unfortunately outside of our control but we are more than happy to assist if needed.

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, not to worry, we’ll work together on a solution! Please reach out to us at orders@lizfoxroseberry.com with your name and order number. 

Duties & Taxes:
Duties, VAT, and import taxes are collected at checkout, though additional fees may apply upon delivery depending on your region. We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority for an estimate, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.
